Weekend Update

1/27/12 – 1.5 mile in morning

2.0 mile walk/run in evening

1 hour strength/cross training

1/28/12 – 2.0 mile walk, then girls night happened 🙂

1/29/12 – 1 hour strength/cross training

So, I’ve had a lot of irritation in my right hip the last couple of days and on the 27th had the shooting pain when I ran.  Thus, an easy weekend on the running.  Still trying to get in that strength training and a lot of random stretching as I want to get in a decent mileage this week!!

Girls night was a lot of fun, and I guess that will be it for my quick Sunday update!  More to come 🙂
